Key Responsibilities: Perform planned and reactive maintenance on a range of automated equipment Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults and carry out corrective actions Support the planning and execution of preventive maintenance schedules Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using the CMMS system Assist in managing shift handovers and contribute to shift reports Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organised working environment Collaborate closely with engineering teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Career Progression: If you demonstrate technical expertise, leadership qualities, and initiative, there will be an opportunity to step into a Shift Leader position taking on team coordination, mentoring responsibilities, and acting as the key contact during shifts.
