Your new role As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of complex, multi-million-pound construction projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for managing project teams, liaising with key stakeholders, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and mentoring junior staff, while contributing to strategic planning and client relationship management. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor environment. Our clients' projects range from £20million to £100million.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and build lasting client relationships.A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and a full UK driving licence.A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
