Job role/responsibilities to include: Taking instructions and handling files on all types of private client matters (Wills and Estate Planning, Trusts, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection, and Probate) Providing an excellent level of client care including empathy, rapport-building and professionalism Giving high-quality legal advice at all times and keeping up to date on new relevant legislation Confidently dealing with enquiries and maintaining good communication with clients throughout matters Completing due diligence and following policies for AML and compliance procedures Effective delegation to supporting staff Remaining flexible in order to facilitate client meetings at locations outside of the office if required Managing a diverse caseload efficiently Requirements: Qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE Driving license essential Initiative and flexibility to deal with wide-ranging estates Organised, proactive and confident in handling multiple files efficiently Excellent verbal and written communication Comfortable with all aspects of Microsoft Office LEAP software experience beneficial but not essential STEP accreditation beneficial but not essential You will be working as part of a team in our Lechlade office who also deal in residential conveyancing and commercial matters.
