To ensure fire safety is inspected, managed and maintained in accordance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and Health & Safety legislation. To contribute to the strategic planning of the fire safety services and to manage and contribute to the process for Southwark Council employees to be continually made aware of procedures. 8. To manage compliance with fire safety practices within the department including compliance audits of other sections and to manage and implement the audit process for contractors to verify compliance with current fire safety regulations.
