Lifeguard - Midlothian Stepping Stones is currently one of the largest private learn to swim providers in Scotland, delivering high quality, low ratio, swimming lessons for children in small groups of up to 6 children. As part of the Stepping Stones delivery team you will be responsible for the delivery and progression of swimmers within our swim programme. As part of the Stepping Stones delivery team you will be responsible for the delivery and progression of swimmers within our swim programme. We are looking for someone that is, fun, approachable and loves working with children. We expect our staff to be knowledgeable, approachable, and fun. As a Stepping Stones lifeguard you will be responsible for the safe delivery of our learn to swim programme as well as being a point of contact for parents and swimmers during the lesson delivery. Our core lesson delivery falls during weekday afternoons and over the weekend's, we have a range of days and times available for our lifeguard positions and additional hours can be picked up on either a temporary (lesson cover) or permanent basis.
