The Role Set, operate, and program Puma Lathe and Doosan machines Work with Fanuc controllers to produce precision-engineered components Read and interpret engineering drawings to tight tolerances Carry out first-off inspections and quality checks Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production deadlines and customer requirements The Candidate Proven experience as a CNC Turner/Programmer/Setter/Operator Skilled in working with Fanuc control systems Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Working Hours Monday - Thursday: 07:45 - 12:30 (30-minute lunch), 13:00 - 16:30 Friday: 07:45 - 12:30 Overtime available Benefits Competitive hourly rate of £20.50 per hour Overtime at enhanced rates Friendly and supportive working environment This is an excellent opportunity for a CNC Turner who takes pride in precision machining and is seeking a stable, long-term role within a well-established Gloucestershire engineering company.
