This role pays 12.35ph, however consistent target achievement will see the rate rise to 12.70ph and then to 13.05ph with good OTE commission opportunities. Whilst in training/Graduation Bay, the pay rate is 12.21ph (normally first 2 weeks depending on your performance). The target is 15 sign-ups per week. If you hit 15 sign-ups per week you will earn an extra 2ph (see on-target base rate) Every sign-up beyond the minimum target is paid at a rate of 17.50 per sign-up.
