Strong expertise in AI strategy, governance, operating models, business case development and value realization. Commercially minded with experience developing client relationships, winning consulting engagements and leading multidisciplinary teams. Outstanding communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for executive audiences.
