We're looking for someone with a passion for marketing technology and a knack for solving complex problems. 3 months contract. 2-3 days onsite in London - Solution Design and Implementation: Develop and implement scalable solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to meet business requirements. - Integration: Work with various data sources and systems to ensure seamless data flow into Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - Campaign Management: Support the design, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS, push notifications). - Customization and Development: Customize and extend the capabilities of Salesforce Marketing Cloud through scripting, automation, and API integrations. - Data Management: Ensure data integrity and proper data handling within Marketing Cloud, including audience segmentation and data synchronization. - Performance Monitoring: Monitor and optimize the performance of marketing campaigns and Salesforce Marketing Cloud instances. - Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, data engineering, and product management to deliver comprehensive solutions. - Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce Marketing Cloud-related issues. Essential: - Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Data Cloud experience is a plus. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMPscript, GTL, SQL. Experience with REST and SOAP APIs is highly desirable. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript a plus. - Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies - Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve campaign performance. - Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to think critically to solve complex issues. - Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment Preferred Qualifications: - Data Cloud Experience: Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or other data management platforms is a significant advantage. - Certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
