At CoMind, we are developing a non-invasive neuromonitoring technology that will result in a new era of clinical brain monitoring. In joining us, you will be helping to create cutting-edge technologies that will improve how we diagnose and treat brain disorders, ultimately improving and saving the lives of patients across the world. The Role We are a medical device company operating at the intersection of engineering precision and patient impact. As we grow our capabilities across the UK and US, we are looking for a Principal Talent Acquisition Partner to lead on hiring delivery, spanning hardware, software, and broader engineering disciplines critical to our product development and regulatory roadmap. This is a senior, high-autonomy role for someone who has built talent functions end to end before, not simply staffed them. Responsibilities: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on talent strategy for CoMind's most complex and business-critical hires, translating ambiguous or evolving requirements into a clear hiring plan Define and embed hiring processes that scale across geographies without losing rigour, speed, or candidate experience Build long-term relationships with passive talent at leadership level Manage stakeholders across the business to triage priorities and delivery required to manage pipelines against business objectives Define and embed hiring processes that scale without losing rigour or speed Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and team dynamics Run searches across hardware, software engineering, data science, clinical and adjacent technical disciplines Build and maintain proactive pipelines through sourcing, referrals and community engagement Conduct structured market mapping exercises for senior/leadership roles Deliver competitive intelligence and candidate landscape reports to senior stakeholders Build and maintain sourcing trackers, pipeline reports, and hiring metricsWork closely with Talent Ops to ensure offer workflows run smoothly and compliantly Collaborate with People Ops on onboarding handoffs, background check coordination, and new hire readiness Feed insights back into process improvement initiatives across the broader TA function AI is fundamental to our culture - it's not just a tool, but a core part of how we work, collaborate, and innovate. We expect all team members to embrace AI in their daily work and continuously find new ways to use it effectively. Skills & Experience: 10+ years of in-house or embedded Talent Acquisition experience, including demonstrated experience operating at a senior or principal level as a trusted advisor to leadership A strong track record recruiting across hardware, software, and broader engineering disciplines Deep expertise sourcing and engaging passive, senior, and hard-to-find talent using executive search-grade methodology Experience building or scaling a talent function, designing how hiring works, not just filling seats within an existing process Comfortable managing multi-site hiring across geographically dispersed teams, and operating with autonomy in ambiguous or fast-changing environments Meticulous about data; you keep your ATS clean, your trackers current, and your reporting honest, and you hold others to that same standard A credible, senior collaborator who understands that a great hire doesn't end at offer acceptance, and who can influence stakeholders at every level without relying on formal authority Nice to have: Experience with executive search methodology or retained search Familiarity with the London and/or South West technical talent market Deep expertise hiring in electronics, opto-electronics, FPGA/ASIC engineering, and other deeply technical hardware domains Benefits: Company equity plan so all employees share in the success of the company Salary-sacrifice pension scheme Private medical, dental and vision insurance (medical history disregarded) Group life insurance at 4x annual income Comprehensive mental health support, including unlimited access to 1:1 sessions with trained professionals Unlimited holiday allowance (+ bank holidays) and one week of remote working per quarter Lunch voucher (£10) every day for JustEat and free dinner on those days where you need to work later Twice weekly deliveries of fresh fruit and an extensive selection of snacks and drinks YuLife subscription, allowing you to turn your daily steps and meditation into discounts at a range of stores

Senior People Partner - EMEA
United States Digital Space LLC
We're the company. We're building the future of healthcare by giving every clinician the earth's finest AI Care Partner. In just 18 months, our clinical AI products have absorbed the administrative chaos of 73 million patient visits. Today, we support over 2.5 million patient sessions a week across 190+ countries. Healthcare systems are failing us; clinicians spend more time on documentation than on patients, and the human connection that makes medicine worth practicing is eroding. Our mission is simple: double the world's healthcare capacity and strengthen the human connection at its heart. We found product-market fit with a freemium medical scribe that clinicians love. Now, we're expanding. Every task a clinician hands to the company is a patient who feels more attended to, a health system unclogged, and a clinician who gets to be a clinician again. If you don't choose easy and you want to build something way bigger than yourself then, choose the challenge, choose the company. The role The roleOur People Partners are embedded partners to leaders and teams, not a service desk. We're looking for a Senior People Partner to own the people agenda across EMEA. Based in London and reporting to the Head of People Enablement & Operations, you'll hold primary responsibility for the UK & Ireland alongside our growing footprint in France and Germany, plus our teams in South Africa and the UAE. As the company expands, your remit expands with it. This is a broad regional role built on judgment, coaching, influence and business impact. You'll partner with leaders on performance, talent, organizational design, leadership capability and team effectiveness, and you'll help us navigate the people implications of scaling into new markets through a mix of local entities and Employer of Record arrangements. You won't need to be an employment lawyer in every jurisdiction, but you'll know where the risk sits and when to bring in specialist help. We build excellent teams without unnecessary layers, process or bureaucracy: strong people practice should increase clarity and performance, not slow teams down. We're also actively working out what the People function looks like inside an AI-native company, where administrative work gets absorbed by tooling and the real value add moves higher. As the independent second line, FCC owns the global AML/CTF programme, sanctions framework, risk assessment methodology, and governance infrastructure across all global entities. As Airwallex scales into new markets and deepens its engagement with global regulatory bodies, we are building a world class compliance organization capable of managing complex financial crime risks at scale. This is an environment where you will tackle high impact challenges, shape global fintech risk strategies, and help establish foundations for long term growth. In this role, you will be a key part of a global team, collaborating closely across regions to drive consistent FCC Monitoring & Testing standards. Responsibilities: Contribute to the strategic development, execution, and continuous evolution of Airwallex's Global FCC Monitoring & Testing Programme, establishing robust, risk based testing methodologies and annual plans for independent second line assurance. Design comprehensive testing frameworks to validate core compliance controls across customer onboarding, periodic reviews, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, and regulatory reporting workflows, ensuring coverage keeps pace with product and market expansion. Oversee the ongoing FCC monitoring program for APAC (excluding China and Hong Kong), including establishment of KPIs and operating effectiveness metrics. Advance the transition from traditional sample reviews toward continuous, data enabled assurance by leveraging data analytics, system logs, and automated testing scripts to evaluate compliance control performance at the population level. Oversee the independent validation of system encoded controls, including transaction monitoring thresholds, screening logic, and customer risk rating models, ensuring systems function as intended without logic drift or hidden control gaps. Translate complex testing outcomes and thematic trends into clear, decision useful reporting for executive leadership and governance forums, providing constructive challenge to stakeholders and tracking the root cause remediation of control deficiencies. Represent the FCC monitoring and testing function during regulatory examinations, internal or external audits, and banking partner reviews, confidently defending testing methodologies and control evidence.
