Ensure all building designs, refurbishments, and interior layouts reflect the brand's identity, aesthetic, and functional requirements. Oversee sourcing, maintenance, and refurbishment of FF&E and amenities, continually improving processes as the portfolio grows. Collaborate with operations, finance, and senior leadership to ensure project outcomes support business objectives. Develop and manage project budgets and timelines in partnership with finance.
