We have an exciting opportunity to join our Northern Ireland team as a programme support officer, where you'll play a key role in helping households create warmer homes, lower energy bills, and reduce carbon footprints. What you will bring You'll confidently engage with people at all levels, building positive relationships with NISEP primary bidders and collaborating daily. With strong administrative and numerical skills, you'll have a keen eye for accuracy and be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. You understand the importance of meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and excel at managing multiple tasks efficiently.
