Yate, Bristol Start: ASAP Hours: Full time or part time A welcomingprimary school in Yate is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant toprovide focused 1:1 support. This role is ideal for someone with strong SENexperience who is passionate about helping pupils access learning in a supportive, structured environment. Role Overview Provide consistent 1:1 support for a pupil with additional learning needs Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement personalised strategies Encourage engagement, confidence and emotional regulation Support classroom routines, transitions and small group work Candidate Profile Previous SEN experience is essential. Calm, patient and adaptable approach. Strong communication and rapport building skills. Level 2/3 TA qualification advantageous. Driving licence beneficial.
