Business Administrator (Temporary) Location: Addlestone, Surrey Start Date: 20th August 2026 Contract: Temporary Hours: 9:00am 5:30pm Pay: £13 - £15 per hour Business Administrator Our client are looking for a Business Administrator to work with them on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for their first opportunity in a fast paced office environment. Working as part of a busy administration team, you will assist with a variety of administrative duties, database management, CRM updates, and the production of sales and marketing materials. Due to the urgent nature of this requirement, candidates must be available to start on 20th August 2026 . Key Responsibilities Maintaining and updating CRM systems accurately and efficiently. Managing data across multiple databases and internal systems. Utilising AI tools and technology to support administrative processes and improve efficiency. Assisting the Programmes Manager with the creation and formatting of sales materials, presentations, and business documents. Ensuring all records are accurate, compliant, and up to date. Supporting reporting activities and general business administration tasks. Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Skills & Experience Required Previous experience in an administrative, business support, or office-based role is desirable but recent graduates also considered. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications. Comfortable using AI-powered tools and modern technology. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
