Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 OTE £40,000 - £50,000 Pool car or Parking permit for own car

Monday to Friday - 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 4pm

5 days a week, Saturday on a Rota Basis

This is a great opportunity for a senior Sales Negotiator to work for this established agency who offer excellent training and progression

The client requires a minimum 4 - 5yrs experience for this role. If you are exceptionally organised, efficient, and have excellent time keeping and a professional attitude please send your CV as soon as possible for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform market appraisals and take on instructions.
• Create new ideas for canvassing and marketing.
• Handling calls and emails enquiries to the company standards.
• Productive diary & time management
• Dealing with customer enquiries effectively.
• Agreeing deals and ensuring monthly KPIs and banking's are consistently hit.
• Regular Vendor care and obtaining price reductions.
• Passing business to the mortgage broker & panel solicitors
• Qualifying offers and negotiating deals
• Prospecting & canvassing to generate valuations and build vendor database.
• Ensure focus on own development, progression and increasing industry knowledge.
