Basic Salary up to £26k + Commission and bonuses £50k OTE Pool car available.
Monday - Thursday 8:30am- 6:30pm
Friday 8:30am-6pm
Alternate Saturdays - 1 day off in Lieu

Looking for an ambitious Sales Negotiator for their Ashtead office, who is confident in
Duties to include:
Obtaining Mortgage Leads
Liaising with vendors, purchasers, related solicitors, and associated estate agents
Maintaining applicant database
Negotiating offers
Co-ordinating sales to completion
Conduct effective accompanied viewings
About you:
Local to the area within 5 miles
Strong time management skills
Hungry to secure new business and help the company grow.
Follow company processes and procedures well.
Solutions and results focused.
Ability to meet deadlines and follow company processes.
Excellent telephone manor
