Senior Sales Negotiator - New Homes

The role:New Homes Sales Negotiator based on a Luxury New Homes Scheme in North London. You will be selling off-plan luxury properties to buyers, guiding them through the entire sales process. This is a customer facing role so a well-presented sociable person would do well!

The Finer details:

• £32,000 basic salary with on target earnings of £52k.
• Thursday - Monday working days (Tues/Weds off)
• Looking for a self-starter type person, dynamic, capable, and proven salesperson, MUST have New Homes sales experience
• There are plentiful progression opportunities within this business as this will give you exposure to running a site and then there would be potential to step into management on upcoming sites which there are lots of in the North London patch!
• You must be extremely well-presented, confident when customer facing and driven in order to be successful!
