ETRM (Energy Trading Risk Management) Consultant/Support - REMOTE - 6 months

ETRM Consultant required on a contract basis for 6 months to provide 1st and 2nd Level support for an ETRM system and Ticket resolution.

You can be based anywhere, working completely remotely, but MUST speak both English and German fluently.

Required Skills:

• 2 - 5 years experience in ETRM (any system is fine)
• 2 - 5 years experience in Commodity Trading, preferably Oil
• 1st and 2nd Level support experience
• Tickets resolution experience
• Stakeholder/end-user management experience
• Fluent in both German and English
• Communication and Stakeholder management skills
• SQL skills
