Our client is areliable source of extensive workforce management software and assistance, serving both global recruitment agencies and corporate organisations with their comprehensive services.
What You Can Expect
- Work Type - Permanent
- Base Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 + OTE Commission (£18,000 - £20,000)Total Package: £46,000 - £55,000
- Location - Home based but must be based in London (with very occasional travel into office)

Main Responsibilities as a Business Development Manager
- Ensuring unparalleled customer service.
- Following up on targeted marketing campaigns and scheduling customer meetings for the new business team as needed.
- Strategizing and implementing daily/weekly plans to provide accurate forecasts.
Core Experience & Skills Required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in roles such as business development, sales executive, recruitment consultant, or similar positions within a dynamic sales environment.
- It is crucial that you comprehend and can illustrate proficiency in a sales cycle.
- Demonstrates enthusiasm and a positive attitude for the role.
- Exhibits a high level of resilience.
- Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills along with emotional intelligence.
