Business Solutions Manager/IT Business Partner

£80k+ Hybrid Working (1 day/week in Gloucester)

Substantial car allowance + Bonus

We are looking for someone to work on an E-commerce transformation project whilst developing and leading a team of BAs instilling good "BA Hygiene".

A global retail brand who has traditionally operated without a business to consumer platform are embarking on an E-commerce transformation project.

Currently, their UK IT function carries a huge capacity for growth. Their new IT Director has a successful track record of launching B2C sites for retail brands and requires a business solutions manager to help build out the business analysis functions.

• As a Business solutions manager, you must be able to understand the business needs to make clear proposals for changes to technology.
• You may be a lead Business Analyst who is ready to make a step up, or a seasoned IT Business Partner with an E-commerce background.
• This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global brand and facilitate their B2C outreach, experience working on a B2C project is essential.

Retail/E-commerce experience is also essential.
