Responsibilities:

• Network Design and Implementation: Design, configure, and implement network solutions to meet the organization's requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and maintain network infrastructure.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve network issues, providing timely and effective support. Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Security Management: Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard the network infrastructure. Monitor and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities.
• Performance Optimization: Proactively monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize the network for maximum efficiency. Recommend and implement improvements.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Ensure knowledge transfer within the team.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams and departments to understand their network requirements and provide solutions accordingly.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in network engineering roles. Proven experience with Cisco and Juniper networking equipment.

Certifications: Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or JNCIA are highly desirable.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, VLANs, etc.).

Experience with firewall configurations and security protocols.

Familiarity with network monitoring tools.

Proficiency in network hardware and software troubleshooting.
