Nursery Room Manager / Third In Charge

Little Elms, Catford Green offers 61 places across 4 playrooms. The nursery offers high quality childcare and education to children from 3 months to 5 years old and has free flow access to their private outdoor garden. They are currently looking for an experienced early years professional to take on the position of Third in Charge of the nursery who will also be working as Room Manager for the pre-school room there.

The ideal candidate must have:
Previous experience working as a Third in Charge or Room Manager (for at least 2 years)
A minimum Level 3 in Childcare and Education
Previous Experience in a Leadership Role
Strong leadership skills
Sound knowledge of the EYFS
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to use initiative
A passion for the Early Years
