Join one of the UK's leading Financial Institutions that is currently going through a procurement transformation. As a result of this transformation, they have created a brand new opportunity and are looking for a Procurement Manager to join the team, reporting directly into the Head of Procurement.

About You:

To thrive in this position, you should have a background in procurement, ideally working within the Financial Services sector, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced regulated environment. The ability to expertly manage stakeholders and build internal relationships, along with exceptional interpersonal skills, is crucial for success.

Responsibilities of the Procurement Manager:

• Collaborate with a diverse range of internal stakeholders to manage and uncover spend across multiple indirect categories including, but not limited to, IT, Marketing, HR and Professional Services
• Work closely with multiple suppliers across the indirect procurement space, working to rationalize the supplier base
• Work with the Head of Procurement and the rest of the procurement team to identify cost savings across multiple categories

Experience Required:

• Robust background in procurement, with experience running end-to-end RFP processes
• Experience working within a procurement division or category going through a transformation
• Prior experience working closely with multiple divisions to rationalize a supplier base
