Due to ever-increasing budgets and constant expansion in work volume, this market leading professional services provider seek an Events Planner to spearhead the Supplier Engagement Team's events calendar. The successful candidate will play an instrumental role in engaging procurement leaders to gain insight on key topics to create innovative client centric events that make a lasting impact with suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders.

Role Accountabilities:

  • Lead end-to-end event organization, from invitations to post-event feedback.
  • Manage budgets for optimal value, ensuring delivery within agreed parameters.
  • Maintain accurate stakeholder lists for suppliers and clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for insights on event topics and themes.
  • Research industry events for innovative practices and market leadership.
  • Coordinate client engagement events with key stakeholders.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, ensuring consistency in event approaches.
  • Develop standard event materials for internal use.
  • Identify and evaluate a network of UK venues for various event types.
  • Manage assigned event suppliers for consistently high service standards.
  • Drive events aligned with wider ESG goals and diversity initiatives. Ensure sustainability by reducing waste, sourcing eco-friendly products, and offsetting carbon emissions.
