SRM & ESG Procurement Specialist / FTSE250 Professional Services Organisation / Global Best-in-Class / London / Flexible Working / £45,000 - £55,000 + Benefits inc. Bonus

This globally recognisable brand is experiencing continuous year-on-year success and is therefore expanding its SRM procurement function and seeking a SRM & ESG procurement specialist to join its best-in-class procurement team.

Within this position your role will be predominantly focused on supporting the implementation of a new stakeholder relationship management framework as part of an ongoing high-profile transformation project of the procurement function. Sustainability considerations are at the heart of this new strategic framework where you will support the ongoing implementation of ESG strategy across all indirect categories within the procurement function.

SRM Procurement Manager responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of a new SRM framework and strategy, facilitated through effective cross functional collaboration with high-profile stakeholders across all business units to ensure alignment
  • Help to continuously identify areas for improvement in relation to the end-to-end SRM approach and strategy across all categories of indirect procurement, from IT and FM procurement to Logistics and Professional Services procurement
  • Ensure ESG and sustainability considerations are effectively implemented throughout all ongoing procurement and supplier relationship management strategies
  • Key focus on day-to-day strategic stakeholder relationship management activities, from pre and post contract management to tendering and vendor management

SRM Procurement Manager responsibilities

  • Ability to demonstrate successful Supplier Relationship Management expertise or extensive indirect procurement experience with a key focus on stakeholder relationship management
  • Strong skills surrounding SRM and contract management across the end-to end-procurement function in relation to the indirect procurement space
  • Past transformation / change management procurement exposure would be beneficial
