It's a fantastic time to join the BI team as we start to utilise the tools associated with our Microsoft Partnership, this role has a real opportunity to shape this for our customers.We are looking for a Business Intelligence Specialist, who can join us and shape how we support and manage the delivery of the key business information the Bank requires to grow and succeedWhat you'll be doing
• Analysing designing and creating new BI content to bring data to life and provide the answers for key business decisions.
• Designing BI in-line with the overall Business Intelligence strategy and the Banks Data Strategy
• Working collaboratively with team members and creating value added partnerships with stakeholders across the bank to help deliver simplified end to end solutions.
• Driving internal continuous improvements and the introduction of best practice within the team
• Supporting the rollout of Power BI to the function and customersWe need you to have
• Experience of working in a BI environment using Strategic BI Tools - for example Power BI, SAS, Business Objects, Tableau
• Excellent communication skills with experience in communicating to, influencing, and working with Senior Management
• Demonstrable focus on continuous improvements and value-add activities
• People and project management skills in practical, business oriented rolesIt's a bonus if you have but not e
