About the role

As a Spa Receptionist you will become part of a dedicated team that engages with our guests throughout their experience with us.
Your primary duty will be to provide our guests with a high standard of customer service, providing advice and guidance on treatments & retail products; making bookings and supporting the Spa Therapists in providing a truly memorable experience.
You will support the whole experience, being the first and last person the client is likely to see, and therefore hold an important role in delivering a first class experience and encouraging repeat bookings and retail sales.
You will also ensure Spa charges are processed correctly and that invoices are accurate.

About you

Personality is key for this position having a guest focussed, friendly and bubily approach to deliver a memorable experience.
Experience in a similar position is essential, with a background in Spa very desirable.
Exceptional communication skills is essential, including a fluent level of the English Language.
A flexible approach to working hours with the ability to work early mornings, evenings and weekends.
