Location: London UK, with occasional travel to Asia, US Office and Sao Paulo Office

About Green Park:

Our global creative content agency is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Creative Partner to lead and oversee the creative output of our agency across all offices. We specialize in creating innovative and engaging content for a diverse range of clients across multiple industries.

Purpose of the Job:

The Group Creative Partner will be responsible for leading and managing a team of creative professionals in London, Asia, US Office and Sao Paulo Office to develop and deliver highly creative and effective content solutions. You will collaborate with account directors and other senior leaders to ensure that our creative output meets the strategic objectives of our clients and exceeds their expectations. The Group Creative Partner reports to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee the agency's creative strategy, ensuring it aligns with the company's overall vision and business goals.
  • Develop and articulate creative vision for new clients, projects and proposals;
  • Manage and lead a team of creative professionals, including copywriters, art directors, designers, and video production teams, to deliver high-quality and innovative content that meets the clients' objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with account directors, planners, and other senior leaders to ensure that our creative output is strategically sound and aligned with our clients' objectives.
  • Manage the agency's creative process, from concept development to final execution, ensuring that all creative work meets the highest standards of quality and meets client expectations.
  • Support with pre-sales meetings and developing pitch materials as required;
  • Attend and actively participate in local and group level management and partnership meetings.
  • Work with project management teams to ensure that all creative work is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the agency, encouraging the team to explore new ideas and experiment with new approaches.
  • Ensure quality and raise the bar for quality in creative globally

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a creative leadership role within a creative content agency or advertising agency.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing highly effective and innovative creative campaigns.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of creative professionals to deliver their best work.
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to align creative work with the strategic objectives of clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Experience working in a global agency and managing creative teams across multiple locations.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional creativity, innovation, and results-driven campaigns.
