Main purpose of the role:

Simmons Adaptive are seeking support from a Trusts Lawyer who is available for an interim assignment.

The assignment will support the wealth management business, covering ultra-high net worth individuals. The successful consultant will be involved in establishing trusts for clients and helping structure transactions.

This would be to support a client within the Financial Institutions sector for 6 months, starting from January 2024.

Person specification:

• You are a qualified lawyer, with training and experience from a top tier law firm.
• Previous trusts and wealth management experience ideally from a Financial Institution or from Private Practice.
• You will have strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate complex analysis in a clear and concise manner.
• You are able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines.
• You can work autonomously but can also collaborate as part of the wider team.
• You will be required to hold the relevant right to work for the UK, visa sponsorship is not available via Adaptive.
