We are willing to offer training for the right candidate, but they must have worked with CNC lathes previously and be able to set and operate. We have a simple pre screening test that we would like all potential candidates to complete prior to arranging interviews. This test will consist of point-to-point positions with G-code (G1, G2 & G3). The two lathe we have areas follows; Doosan Puma 2600SY II CNC lathe equipped with Doosan-Fanuc 0iTF Plus CNC Control System with Manual Guide 'i' with bar feeder. Live tooling with sub spindle. Leadwell Turning Centre LTC-25i LVM with Fanuc controls single spindle C axis live tooling. The rate of pay will be between 13- 19 per hour depending on experience. Hours of work are 7.45m to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 7.45am to 3.30pm on Fridays with a 45-minute unpaid lunchbreak each day, a total of 39 hours per week. There is also potential for overtime.
