The Role As Senior Supplier / Front End Quality Engineer, you will: Partner with Engineering and Materials teams to evaluate and approve new suppliers , ensuring capability, compliance and robustness of processes Monitor, analyse and report supplier performance using quality dashboards and defined KPIs, providing clear internal and external feedback Lead monthly supplier development reviews , focusing on underperforming suppliers and driving corrective and preventive action plans Champion a right-first-time and continuous improvement culture across the supply chain Support effective root cause analysis and CAPA for non-conformances, rejects and customer issues Design and deliver a supplier audit programme , identifying risks and improvement opportunities Maintain accurate supplier quality documentation within the Quality Management System About You You'll be a confident quality professional with strong technical credibility and the ability to influence at all levels.
