Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (DOE) - OTE- 60K - 65K Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent Our client is a rapidly growing FM provider offering a full range of services and have a new opportunity for an Commercial Air Conditioning PPM engineer to join their maintenance and reactive division. The Role This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Air Conditioning PPM Engineer to take on a mobile role covering a well-organised London patch. You'll be carrying out planned maintenance on AC systems across retail, hospitality, and light commercial environments. This role is suited for someone with 2 - 5 years' experience looking to take on a PPM role with more training or an experienced engineer who is happy providing general PPM works. Key Responsibilities Have good experience carrying out general PPM works on split systems, VRF systems. Have good knowledge and experience on working with a variety of Manufacturers equipment, namely Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Toshiba and Panasonic Fault-finding and diagnostics To be able to provide detailed remedial repair reports.
