Annual Salary: £35,100 to £40,400, depending on experience and qualifications. We are looking for an energetic, caring and experienced Early Years Teacher to join our multi-disciplinary team at Blossom House School. The role involves teaching and delivering the Early Years curriculum within a maximum class size of 8 pupils, working alongside an experienced team of Teaching Assistants, Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Arts Therapists. The ideal candidate will have: Confidence, enthusiasm and a passion for learning. A relevant teaching qualification. Experience of delivering EYSFS curriculum. Excellent English skills (clear written and spoken English) along with good reading, writing and numeracy skills. The ability to build good working relationships with children, teachers, parents and carers. Experience of working with children with Special Education Needs (SEN), particularly children on the Autism Spectrum. The ability to manage challenging behaviour.
