Mindset: Strong problem-solving abilities, curiosity, and a drive to improve processes and efficiency. Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining automated or electromechanical machinery, or a background in related fields such as industrial maintenance, robotics, or process engineering, with exposure to automation concepts.
