HR Generalist - EMEA - 12-Month FTC Monster Energy EMEA Exclusively recruited by The Advocate Group The Advocate Group is proud to be partnering with Monster Energy to recruit two HR Generalists into their EMEA HR team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a globally recognised, high-growth brand and play a key role in supporting a diverse, international workforce. The role As an HR Generalist, you ll provide hands-on, end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle, partnering closely with managers and employees across the EMEA region. Reporting to the Senior HR Operations Manager, you ll advise on a broad range of HR matters including recruitment, employee relations, policy, compliance and HR projects. Key responsibilities Managing the full recruitment lifecycle and supporting hiring managers with effective hiring decisions Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes in line with company policy and local legislation Advising managers and employees on performance, engagement and day-to-day people matters Leading employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, investigations and redundancies Managing leave of absence processes and liaising with internal and external providers Ensuring compliance with local employment law across EMEA and consistent application of HR policies Supporting visa, sponsorship and international transfer processes where required Maintaining accurate HR data across systems including SAP SuccessFactors Contributing to HR projects, policy development and continuous process improvement About you Proven experience in a broad HR Generalist role, ideally within a fast-paced or international environment Strong knowledge of employee relations and employment legislation Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities Confident, professional communicator with a collaborative approach Comfortable working with HR systems and data CIPD Level 7 qualified or working towards completion (preferred) Why join?
