Main Duties & Responsibilities On-boarding applicants into the employment support service; delivering training, workshops and skills development. Key Responsibilities: Work with young people on a one-to-one basis using a person centred approach. Compile a vocational profile which will establish the young person's skills and expectations and identify barriers and support needs. Support young people in understanding and managing the financial implications of paid employment. Create and design learning resources Identify suitable employment and career opportunities within relevant sectors through effective engagement with young people, ensuring opportunities align with their skills, interests, aspirations, and development needs. Work collaboratively with the Employability Manager to develop and deliver projects that provide learners with meaningful real-world experience, enhancing their skills, confidence, and readiness for employment Support volunteers who assist with the development and delivery of the service. Liaise with other departments within the wider Charity and, in particular, service delivery functions. Attend in-house and relevant external training courses, as agreed with the line manager. Ensure that all activity helps to build the Caudwell Children brand and is at all times brand compliant.
