The Role As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn every stage of the recruitment process while building relationships with technology professionals and some of the leading employers across Ireland. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Sourcing and engaging IT professionals through LinkedIn, job boards and networking Screening candidates and understanding their skills, experience and career goals Building relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to successful placement Negotiating offers and supporting both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process Developing your market knowledge and becoming a trusted recruitment partner Working towards individual and team targets within a supportive, high-performance environment What We're Looking For We're looking for motivated, ambitious people who enjoy working with others and want to build a long-term career in recruitment.
