Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance to minimise downtime. Respond promptly to breakdowns and restore machinery to operational condition. Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions. Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives. Install and modify production equipment to optimise efficiency and safety. Source, quote, and order replacement parts where required. Support production teams and promote a culture of health, safety, and quality. About You Proven experience across mechanical and electrical engineering disciplines. Confident working with production equipment and PLCs. Previous experience in an FMCG or food manufacturing environment is desirable. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
