Why this role This role sits at the heart of how finance plans, forecasts and decides - as the person who designs the data architecture and the AI beneath enterprise performance management. You'll shape how EPM platforms stitch together with the modern data platforms finance now runs on, and how machine learning and generative AI make planning and forecasting sharper, faster and more trusted. You'll build real credibility across both finance planning and the data and AI behind it, on marquee programmes, alongside people who architect this work for a living. Accenture is a leading solutions and services company. Our strategy is to be thereinvention partner of choicefor our clients and to lead in the safe, widespread adoption of AI. We bring together our people, deep industry expertise and technology to deliver end-to-end outcomes for clients - andFinanceis one of seven Reinvention Partners at the centre of that. Finance RP brings the CFO agenda to life for clients - stronger performance, sharper insight, and better control. "Our clients want a partner that can help them reinvent-boldly, continuously and at speed while continuously building the most client-focused, AI-enabled great place to work for our people-our Reinventors." - Julie Sweet, Chair and CEO What you'll bring EPM and FP&A architecture.Deep command of enterprise performance management - planning, forecasting, consolidation, reporting and close - and the FP&A behind it, from driver-based and rolling forecasting to scenario modelling and long-range planning. You own end-to-end EPM solution architecture: the models, dimensions and business rules that make a planning solution hold up. And you can lead the platform-selection and architecture calls across the leading tools, from Oracle EPM to OneStream to Anaplan. Finance data architecture and integration.A strong grasp of how EPM connects to the wider enterprise - ERP, operational systems and the modern cloud data platforms finance now runs on. You set the target finance data architecture that ties actuals, drivers, assumptions and forecasts together, and you direct the engineers who build it - fluent enough in pipelines, integration and data quality to own the design and hold the build to account. You know how EPM sits alongside platforms like Snowflake, Palantir Foundry or Databricks as a governed data and AI foundation for finance. AI-augmented, intelligent finance. You own the design of the AI and machine-learning use cases that make planning better - predictive forecasting, anomaly detection, automated variance analysis, AI-generated commentary and agentic planning workflows among them - and the human-in-the-loop controls that keep finance in charge of what the models produce. You know how to move a client from isolated experiments to governed, explainable capability the business trusts, directing the data scientists and AI engineers who build it without needing to be one yourself. Leading delivery. You lead complex EPM, data and AI programmes end to end - from discovery and architecture through to deployment, adoption and hypercare - directing the functional, technical, data and change workstreams across a multidisciplinary team. You act as the design authority, hold the solution to finance's requirements for control, reconciliation and auditability, and keep senior stakeholders aligned through design reviews and governance. Growing the work. You build trusted relationships with CFOs, finance leaders, CIOs and chief data officers; you originate and shape EPM, finance-transformation, data and AI opportunities; and you help develop the offering, the reusable assets and the points of view that grow the practice. You lead and develop the people around you. Ways of working. We're increasingly an AI-first delivery team - bringing agentic tooling and orchestration into how we design, analyse and deliver, with our people owning the judgement and the outcome. If you already work this way, that's a real plus, and we're keen to hear from people bringing that experience. Who you are You take ownership and lead from the front. You're a strong client-facing consultant, comfortable with CFOs, controllers, FP&A leaders and senior technology stakeholders, and you can turn complex finance, data and technology topics into clear business recommendations. You lead multidisciplinary and distributed teams well, bring good judgement and structured problem-solving to ambiguous problems, and communicate clearly under pressure. You develop the people around you and you're known for sound, decisive calls. Things that set strong candidates apart: a track record delivering EPM programmes end to end; hands-on experience with one or more leading EPM platforms (Oracle EPM, OneStream or Anaplan); experience integrating EPM with modern data platforms - Snowflake, Palantir Foundry or Databricks - as a governed data and AI foundation for finance; a track record of data, analytics or AI-enabled finance solutions, including predictive forecasting and generative or agentic use cases; familiarity with SQL, APIs and modern data-integration technologies, and some exposure to Python or ML platforms (deep engineering isn't required); relevant EPM, cloud-data or AI certifications; and a professional finance or accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent industry experience). What's in it for you Alongside a competitive salary and package (dependent on experience), you'll have an extensive benefits package including 30 days' holiday a year, private medical insurance, and 3 additional days' leave a year for charitable work of your choice. Life at UiPath The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We're committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power. To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast moving, fast thinking growth company. And people who care-about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose. Could that be you? Your mission: Build the Engine, Not Just the Car We're the Machine Learning Services (MLS) team at UiPath-a small, sharp group of senior engineers building the core platform that powers UiPath's large scale AI and Document Understanding products. Our world is one of distributed systems, high throughput model serving, and complex asynchronous training workflows. We're looking for a systems level engineer who wants to work on the gnarly, foundational problems of a production ML platform. You'll support a system that handles a massive volume of inference requests and orchestrates unattended model training across a diverse landscape of model architectures. This isn't just about gluing APIs together; it's about building the infrastructure that makes it all possible. Our core platform is written in Rust for performance, correctness, and fearless concurrency. ML models and services are primarily in Python. If you're intrigued by the challenges of the software/hardware interface, OS level optimization, and building robust, multi tenant distributed systems, you'll fit right in What you'll do at UiPath Design, build, and operate the core MLS platform. This includes our Rust based API gateway, Python ML compute workers, and the distributed job queue that orchestrates it all. Solve hard concurrency, performance, and distributed systems problems to ensure our platform is bulletproof for high volume production workloads. Work directly with product and ML science teams to understand their needs and build the scalable infrastructure required to bring their models to life-from massive GenAI models to fine tuned, specialized classifiers. Develop our custom built, content addressable storage abstraction layer over cloud object stores (GCS, S3, Azure Blob), complete with its own garbage collection and sharding logic. Enhance our asynchronous job queueing system, built from the ground up on the storage layer using compare and swap primitives for atomicity. No off the shelf message broker could handle our specific needs. Dive deep into the entire stack, from Kubernetes and container orchestration, through gRPC based service communication, to the performance tuning of ONNX based inference on GPU accelerated hardware. Write clean, efficient, and rigorously tested code. We value simplicity, correctness, and peer review. What you'll bring to the team A solid track record (5+ years) of engineering and architecting large scale, distributed commercial services. Your experience speaks for itself. Deep proficiency in a systems level language (Rust, C++, Go). A willingness and curiosity to become an expert in Rust is essential, as it's the foundation of our core services. Strong Python skills are also critical. Real world experience with cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). You should understand how production systems are deployed, monitored, and scaled. A firm grasp of concurrency, multithreading, and asynchronous programming. You know the difference between a mutex and a channel, and you know when (and when not) to use them. A pragmatic understanding of computer science fundamentals. We care more about your ability to solve real world problems with data structures and algorithms than your ability to recite them from a textbook. An opinion on what makes good code and good architecture, and the ability to articulate it. You should be comfortable challenging assumptions (including our own) and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. You're a builder and a problem solver at heart. Nice to Haves (but we can teach you): You've already worked with Rust in a production environment. Experience with MLOps, particularly the challenges of managing the lifecycle of models in a multi tenant, high availability system. Familiarity with building ML inference services, model serialization (e.g., ONNX), and GPU programming (CUDA). You've built or worked on custom storage or job queueing systems before and have the scars to prove it. Maybe you don't tick all the boxes above-but still think you'd be great for the job? Go ahead, apply anyway. Please. Because we know that experience comes in all shapes and sizes-and passion can't be learned. Many of our roles allow for flexibility in when and where work gets done. Depending on the needs of the business and the role, the number of hybrid, office based, and remote workers will vary from team to team. Applications are assessed on a rolling basis and there is no fixed deadline for this requisition. The application window may change depending on the volume of applications received or may close immediately if a qualified candidate is selected. We value a range of diverse backgrounds, experiences and ideas. We pride ourselves on our diversity and inclusive workplace that provides equal opportunities to all persons regardless of age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, and expression, national origin, disability, neurodiversity, military and/or veteran status, or any other protected classes. Additionally, UiPath provides reasonable accommodations for candidates on request and respects applicants' privacy rights. To review these and other legal disclosures, visit our privacy policy.

An opportunity to work on frontier AI with a top-tier engineering team. To meaningfully contribute toward work that has far reaching impact. Our client is a well-backed frontier AI company building next generation systems. It's a business that is growing fast but selectively. The data platform is what will fuel substantial further growth and it needs senior people to own it. You've built data platforms at scale and you're happy when the pipeline you own is the reason a team can move fast and be impactful. You think like a software engineer who went deep on data, not a data analyst who picked up Python. What You'll Be Doing You'll design and build the core data platform from the ground up - the ingestion, storage, and processing layers that everything else depends on. You'll take ownership of how data moves through the company: how it's collected at high volume, how it's validated, how it's served back to the teams who need it in a shape they can trust. You'll turn messy, evolving needs into durable systems. The needs of a fast-moving research team can shift, so you'll build for change. You'll set the standard for data quality and reliability at a company where the output is only as good as the data feeding it. You'll own the hard calls on architecture, tooling, and trade-offs, and you'll be the person others reach for when something at the data layer has to be right. Because the platform is early, you'll have unusual latitude - you're authoring the foundations, not maintaining someone else's. What You'll Need Deep experience building and owning data platforms or large-scale data infrastructure in production, not just consuming them Strong software engineering fundamentals - you write code other engineers rely on, and you think in systems, not scripts Fluency with modern data processing at volume (distributed processing, streaming or batch pipelines, warehousing/lakehouse patterns) A track record of taking loosely-defined problems and turning them into systems that hold up Bonus: Exposure to ML or AI workloads and the data demands they bring Experience being early at a company or on a platform - comfortable with the ambiguity that comes with it. The Person You're pragmatic about tools and focused on outcomes. You've been the owner before, not just a contributor - you know what it takes to be accountable for the layer that everyone else depends on. You move fast without leaving a mess, and you'd rather build the thing right once than three times badly. The Role Based in the UK. This role does not offer visa sponsorship, so you'll need existing right to work in the UK. Very competitive salary and meaningful equity.

Who We Are At Kyndryl, we run and reimagine the mission-critical technology systems that drive advantage for the world's leading businesses. We are at the heart of progress; with proven expertise and a continuous flow of AI-powered insight, enabling smarter decisions, faster innovation, and a lasting competitive edge. For our people-Kyndryls-that means doing purposeful work that powers human progress. Join us and experience a flexible, supportive environment where your well-being is prioritized and your potential can thrive. The Role Your responsibility is to design the migration-specific architecture that enables the programme to execute: how IRU, JAMF, Mosyle, Apple Business Manager, Automated Device Enrolment (ADE), Platform Single Sign-On (PSSO), Microsoft Entra ID, device trust, compliance controls, certificates, application readiness and operational tooling work together during the migration lifecycle. You will translate discovery and pilot learnings into migration blueprints, integration designs, technical decision records, repeatable runbooks and validation gates that Scale and Factory teams can execute. The role requires a practitioner-architect who understands real Apple enterprise migration constraints: ADE assignment behaviour, supervision state, local account/user state implications, Platform SSO onboarding, Secure Token and FileVault considerations, certificate trust chains, configuration profile impacts, application packaging, Apple Silicon/Intel differences and the operational realities of migrating large, distributed Mac populations. This is not a generic macOS administration or MDM engineering role. Candidates must be able to evidence production Apple/macOS migration architecture experience, including how migration tooling, identity integration, security posture, user experience and cutover execution were designed and validated. Key Responsibilities: Design the Apple/macOS tenant-to-tenant migration architecture for the programme, ensuring it is practical for pilot, scale and factory execution. Define how IRU will be used within the migration lifecycle, including discovery inputs, migration sequencing, user/device state handling, exception treatment, reporting and operational handoff. Design the migration integration model across Apple Business Manager, ADE, IRU, Platform SSO, Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, compliance controls and endpoint management tooling. Define migration-specific ADE patterns including device assignment flow, enrolment profile considerations, supervision assumptions, re-enrolment/re-provisioning paths and validation checkpoints. Develop Platform SSO migration patterns covering user onboarding, identity registration, local account behaviour, authentication resilience and user experience during tenant transition. Define migration considerations for Secure Token, Bootstrap Token, FileVault recovery key escrow/rotation, certificates, SCEP/PKI dependencies and device trust. Identify macOS configuration profile risks that may affect migration, including PPPC, System Extensions, Network Extensions, Login Items, certificates, security baselines and application controls. Define migration readiness, go/no-go, validation and rollback criteria for Apple/macOS cohorts, including VIP, developer, remote, shared and high-risk device personas. Produce migration architecture artefacts including HLDs, LLDs, migration integration designs, architecture decision records, runbooks, validation templates and known-issue patterns. Support pilots, migration rehearsals and cutover readiness reviews, incorporating lessons learned into updated migration patterns without assuming ownership of the long-term customer platform. Provide technical guidance to Scale and Factory teams where migration design, integration behaviour or Apple-specific constraints require architectural interpretation. Work with programme architecture, identity, security, endpoint, application and service transition teams to ensure Apple/macOS migration dependencies are understood, sequenced and evidenced. Who You Are You're good at what you do and can demonstrate the experience to prove it. You bring a growth mindset, you stay focused on customer outcomes and you collaborate in an open, inclusive, "one team" way across global delivery organisations. Must-Have (or Equivalent Experience) Production experience designing Apple/macOS migration architecture for Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant or directly comparable enterprise tenant transition programmes. Deep practical understanding of IRU or equivalent Apple/macOS migration tooling, including how tooling is integrated into discovery, migration execution, validation and operational reporting. Strong Apple Business Manager and ADE knowledge in migration contexts, including assignment flows, enrolment profile behaviour, supervision, device lifecycle constraints and re-provisioning implications. Strong Platform SSO knowledge, including Microsoft Entra integration, local account behaviour, authentication flows and user experience impacts during migration. Strong understanding of macOS security and identity dependencies relevant to migration: Secure Token, Bootstrap Token, FileVault, recovery key escrow, certificates, SCEP/PKI, Conditional Access and compliance evaluation. Experience identifying and designing around migration blockers created by configuration profiles, PPPC, System Extensions, Network Extensions, Login Items, security tools and application controls. Ability to design repeatable migration patterns for varied Mac personas such as executives, developers, remote workers, shared devices and high-risk application users. Proven ability to produce clear migration architecture artefacts: HLDs, LLDs, decision records, runbooks, readiness gates, validation criteria and exception patterns. Strong stakeholder engagement with architecture, security, identity, endpoint engineering, service transition and delivery teams in a complex migration programme. Good-to-Have Jamf enterprise migration or coexistence experience where Jamf is part of the source, transition or legacy management landscape. Experience with Apple Silicon and Intel coexistence, Rosetta considerations, application packaging, notarisation and enterprise software deployment patterns. Experience with Declarative Device Management and modern macOS management models where relevant to migration readiness or target-state validation. Automation experience using Bash, Python, PowerShell, Microsoft Graph or MDM APIs for readiness checks, reporting, validation or remediation. Experience supporting large, multi-region enterprise migrations with strict governance, evidence capture, security controls and cutover discipline. Relevant Apple, Microsoft 365, identity/security or endpoint certifications, or equivalent proven delivery experience. Interpersonal & Consulting Skills Credible Apple/macOS migration authority who can explain technical constraints clearly without overstating ownership or scope. Strong consulting mindset: frames options, trade-offs, assumptions, risks and recommended migration decisions. Evidence-led and practical: designs patterns that can actually be executed at scale, not theoretical architecture. Collaborative across customer, partner and internal teams; works through influence, clarity and strong documentation. Comfortable challenging unsafe migration assumptions using technical evidence and agreed programme governance. Able to translate Apple-specific migration complexity into language that identity, security, programme and service teams can act on. Typical Deliverables / KPIs Apple/macOS migration architecture and integration design approved through programme governance. IRU migration approach documented with sequencing, validation, exception and rollback patterns. ADE, Platform SSO, Entra, compliance and security integration patterns documented for migration execution. Pilot migration outcomes translated into repeatable runbooks and quality gates for Scale and Factory teams. Reduction in migration defects caused by unclear Apple/macOS integration design or missed readiness dependencies. Evidence packs and validation criteria defined for Apple/macOS migration readiness, cutover and acceptance. Known-issue catalogue and remediation patterns maintained for recurring Apple/macOS migration blockers. Working Pattern Notes Primary UK business hours, with expected flexibility for architecture workshops, pilot events, readiness reviews, cutover planning and critical migration windows across regions. This role is not a 24x7 factory shift role, but migration events may require early/late calls or occasional weekend support. You will define and lead complex, cross cutting design initiatives spanning request routing, adaptive scheduling, GPU resource management, and cost-per-token optimisation under strict P99 SLAs. In this high impact role, you will implement advanced inference optimisations-such as speculative decoding and KV cache reuse-while establishing performance benchmarking frameworks, guiding cross functional alignment across infrastructure boundaries, and raising the bar for engineering rigour and observability practices across the organisation. Who You Are Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience). 8+ years of experience building large scale distributed systems or cloud platforms, with a proven track record of leading cross team or organisation level technical initiatives at scale. Strong coding proficiency in Go, Python, or C++. Deep expertise in Kubernetes at production scale, including orchestration, scheduling, and service design. Strong understanding of networked systems, performance optimisation, and distributed system design. Hands on engineering experience with inference systems, including batching/micro batching strategies, caching, memory optimisation, mixed precision (BF16/FP8), and streaming token delivery. Demonstrated ability to systematically improve tail latency (P95/P99) and platform reliability through metrics driven engineering. Proven experience owning system wide SLIs/SLOs, capacity planning, autoscaling strategies, and mentoring senior and mid level engineers. Preferred Direct open source or production contributions to modern inference frameworks (e.g., vLLM, Triton, TensorRT LLM, Ray Serve, or TorchServe). Deep experience with GPU systems engineering and hardware performance optimisation (e.g., CUDA, NCCL, RDMA, NUMA, or GPU interconnects). Direct exposure to large scale AI/ML infrastructure or hyperscale cloud environments. Wondering if you're a good fit? We believe in investing in our people, and value candidates who can bring their own diversified experiences to our teams-even if you aren't a 100% skill or experience match. You love to: Scale highly complex distributed architectures and mentor engineering cohorts to elevate technical standards across an organisation. You're curious about: Pioneering low latency inference optimisations and finding innovative shortcuts to optimise cost-per-token performance. You're an expert in: Metrics driven engineering, troubleshooting micro bottlenecks, and delivering stable cloud platforms under strict multi tenant constraints. Why CoreWeave?
