Hippo Digital Limited Leeds, Yorkshire
About The Role Hippo is looking for a Client Operations Executive to provide vital administrative and coordination support to our Account Managers, Senior Account Managers and Client Partners. This role is the operational backbone of our client engagements. It's both internal and client-facing, and it keeps our accounts running smoothly through dependable, process-driven support. Rather than owning accounts or picking up handed-off commercial work, you'll enable the account-owning team to stay focused on their clients - supporting onboarding, keeping project data complete, tailoring CVs, running compliance checks and helping produce clean reporting. If you're enthusiastic, organised, and thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same, you'll fit right in. This role involves a lot of context-switching, so we're looking for someone proactive and adaptable who takes pride in supporting the success of the wider team. It offers a clear pathway towards Client Operations Lead and Account Management as you develop your skills and take on greater responsibility. Role Responsibilities Systems & Data Support (Kimble/Kantata) Support Account Managers and Senior Account Managers in keeping their Kimble/Kantata data complete and accurate, running checks, flagging gaps and helping maintain data quality to a consistent standard. Account owners input and own their own data; your role is to support and assure completeness, not to take on data entry handed over to you. Support the integrity of CRM (HubSpot) and Kimble/Kantata records across the accounts you support. SOW & Pricing Support Provide ad-hoc support with pricing schedules for new SOWs and contracts, ensuring commercial details are correctly captured. Provide SOW support and cover for Account Managers, Senior Account Managers and Client Partners where required. Compliance & IR35 Manage IR35 checks for contractors, ensuring we remain compliant and that all assessments are completed diligently and on time. Support wider compliance administration relating to onboarding and engagement. Resourcing & Onboarding Administration Drive process-driven administration for new and existing projects, including CV tailoring in Flowcase, security clearances and onboarding forms. Support the coordination of onboarding activity with Resourcing, Delivery and the account-owning team so start dates, checks and approvals are completed on schedule. Support with Social Value administration - gathering and collating evidence of delivered commitments so it can be reported to clients accurately and on time. Reporting & Financial Analysis Support Produce ad-hoc analysis and financial forecasts to provide the data needed for client discussions, utilising Power BI. Support the preparation of monthly account and client reports on behalf of the account-owning team. Coordination & Cross-Sector Support Provide ad-hoc client communications support and cover where required. Support the other Client Operations Executives and the wider department to ensure smooth day-to-day running across accounts. Skills and experience that you need About You We aren't looking for a list of certificates. We're looking for a proactive professional who can work independently and take genuine ownership of their workload. Adaptability: the ability to context-switch effectively and stay organised when priorities shift mid-day. Technical proficiency with CRM or PSA tools. Previous experience in an account executive, operations or similar administrative/coordination role. Meticulous attention to detail, particularly regarding pricing schedules, IR35 compliance and data quality. General Manager, Macro Intelligence Platform
Bifrost Studios
Institutional macro investors make billion-dollar allocation decisions using frameworks that are only as good as the intelligence behind them. Most of what is available is generic, slow, and distributed through sell-side channels built for a different era. This platform is different. Built around the research and market views of one of the most widely followed macro economists in institutional finance, it combines proprietary data infrastructure, market regime signals, and daily research commentary to give institutional investors a genuine edge on macro. 50% of the world's largest macro hedge funds are already paying customers, including multi-strategy platforms, systematic managers, and major European asset owners. We are at $300K USD ARR across 20+ institutional clients on annual subscriptions. The product converts. The client list is remarkable for a business at this stage. Sales to date have been largely founder-led and inbound. What we do not yet have is a dedicated commercial operator who can build the distribution engine that takes this from $300K to $1M+ ARR and beyond. The business is spinning out of a European venture studio as a standalone company. The GM owns the P&L with no CEO layer above them and is the senior commercial operator of the business. A CTO is already in seat. The founding research and product team remain closely involved and are a commercial asset from day one. The opportunity is to come in with top-tier institutional relationships already in place, a product that converts, and a research engine with genuine credibility, then build the machine that takes it from here. Tasks Build independent distribution within 6 months: own the pipeline and the outbound motion, generating deal flow that does not depend on the founder's network. Double top-line revenue in 2026: own the full commercial funnel from first outreach through onboarding and renewal. Establish the platform as the reference macro intelligence product: category narrative, conference presence, and at least one strategic partnership live by month 12. Build the team and expand the TAM: 2-3 key hires, product roadmap shaped from market opportunity, clear path to $2M+ ARR by month 18. Requirements Genuine macro or institutional finance fluency. The buyer is a hedge fund PM or a family office CIO. You need to earn their trust in the first meeting, not spend it learning the language. Has personally opened new institutional accounts at a data, research, or fintech business. Not managed a warm book, but built cold pipeline into hedge funds, asset managers, or family offices. Has owned an ARR number in a B2B subscription or data business and hit it. Closed deals with institutional buyers in the $10K to $100K+ ACV range. Has represented a brand independently at senior level: spoken at industry events, led client relationships, or owned a strategic partnership end to end. Operator mindset. Does not wait for a department. Builds what is needed and moves fast in a small, high-velocity team. Based in London or New York, or willing to relocate. Benefits Competitive base salary with a performance-based bonus carrying significant upside tied to commercial outcomes. Equity in the spin-out. This person is being brought in as a founding executive of a new company. Full backing of the studio across product, technology, and senior leadership. Access to the founder's platform and institutional network as a commercial asset from day one.
