Happl
We're building the next generation of employee benefits infrastructure. At Happl, we help global teams design, manage, and scale benefits that actually work for their people by using AI, across flex allowances, benefits, insurance, recognition, and wellbeing, all in one intelligent platform. Happl is backed by leading investors such as YCombinator, 6Degrees Capital, and more, known for backing leading companies such as Deel, Rippling, Airbnb, Coinbase, Dropbox, and most recently was awarded a place in the UK's top 100 startups for 2026. About the role As SDR Manager at Happl, you'll build and lead the team that fills our pipeline before a single Account Executive ever picks up the phone. You'll hire, coach, and manage a growing team of SDRs, while staying hands on yourself, prospecting alongside them, refining the playbook, and setting the standard for what great outbound looks like at Happl. You'll work closely with leadership and our Account Executives, sitting right at the top of the funnel. That means owning pipeline coverage targets, translating positioning and messaging into sequences that actually land, and making sure every qualified conversation your team creates is one an AE is excited to pick up. We're at the point where our GTM motion is being built, not inherited. That means this role isn't about running an existing machine, it's about building the outbound engine from the ground up: the process, the tooling, the team, and the culture that will define how Happl generates pipeline as we scale. What you'll be doing Hiring, onboarding, and coaching a team of SDRs, building the outbound function from the ground up Owning outbound pipeline generation targets, working with Leadership to set coverage goals that support the wider revenue plan Carrying a personal book of prospecting alongside the team, staying close to the front line and modelling the standard you expect Running regular 1:1s, call reviews, and coaching sessions that sharpen how the team prospects, qualifies, and books meetings Building and refining outbound playbooks, sequences, and messaging across email, LinkedIn, and cold calling Tracking SDR KPIs, activity volume, meetings booked, pipeline generated, and conversion through to opportunity (SQO). Partnering with Marketing on lead scoring, MQL handoff, and closing the loop on what's converting and what isn't Working with AE's & Marketing on ICP refinement, territory planning, and account segmentation Handling the trickier objections and prospecting scenarios that need a senior touch Using AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to speed up prospecting research, sequence writing, and call preparation across the team Building the recruiting pipeline for future SDR hires as the team grows Reporting on team performance and pipeline health to Leadership Building a culture of accountability and hustle, celebrating the wins and coaching hard through the misses Owning the handoff between SDRs and AEs, making sure every qualified meeting lands cleanly and with the right context What we're looking for 3+ years as an SDR or BDR in a B2B SaaS environment, with a track record of hitting or exceeding pipeline targets Some experience leading, mentoring, or informally managing other SDRs - or a clear readiness to step into your first management role A sharp coaching instinct - you can listen to a call or read a sequence and know exactly what to fix Comfortable in CRM and sales engagement tools, with a data-driven approach to activity, conversion, and pipeline metrics AI-native instinct - you already use tools like Claude and ChatGPT to speed up prospecting, research, and sequence writing Excellent written and verbal communicator, able to train others on messaging, positioning, and objection handling Competitive and resilient - you understand the highs and lows of outbound and know how to keep a team motivated through both Experience building or scaling an SDR function from an early stage is a strong advantage Familiarity with the HR technology or employee benefits space is a bonus, but not a requirement Entrepreneurial and hands on - happy to be in the trenches with your team, not just directing from above If you don't meet every requirement but feel this role fits your trajectory, we'd still love to hear from you. What to expect This is a player-manager role, not a purely strategic one. You'll be judged on your team's pipeline output and on the work you put in yourself, the calls you make, the sequences you write, the deals you help create. That combination is deliberate: the best coaching comes from staying close to the work, not standing above it. Outbound isn't always a straight line. Some weeks the pipeline will flow easily; others will need a change in messaging, targeting, or approach to get moving again. You'll need to read what's working, adjust quickly, and keep the team's energy up while you do it. In return, you'll get to build Happl's SDR function from close to the ground floor, shaping the playbook, the process, and the team that will scale with the company. The HR Business Partner - International will work closely with and provide day to day support to the HR Lead for International helping to improve the overall HR service and elevate business partnering across our international offices. Good working knowledge of HRIS and HR data/reporting; able to use insight to inform decisions. Degree educated or equivalent; CIPD qualification (or international equivalent) desirable. That means you'll work directly on the problems that matter most-whether combating economic crime, modernising government services, or accelerating commercial growth for FTSE 100 companies. Here, you'll compress 5-10 years of traditional career progression into 2-3 years. From day one, you'll lead end-to-end projects, access leadership directly (including the CEO), and build cross-industry expertise that usually takes a decade to gain. We don't just develop - we build, own, and scale solutions that shape the organisations we work with and have meaningful societal impact. Work directly with clients - communicating clearly, understanding the why behind what you're building. Feed into new client proposals and help improve internal engineering processes. Mentor junior developers through code reviews, pairing, and knowledge-sharing. Use AI coding agents to accelerate delivery whilst maintaining correctness and security. AI Engineering (Required) Hands-on experience with AI coding agents in day-to-day work - prompting, iterating, reviewing generated code, validating outputs. Confident across Python backend frameworks and modern frontend (React/TypeScript). Comfortable owning the full product lifecycle. Proactive, accountable, and effective in small, fast-moving teams. Clear communicator across technical and non-technical audiences. Keen to broaden into a generalist whilst deepening your core strengths - not just staying in one lane. A small, collaborative team that owns problems end to end and learns fast. Clients ambitious enough to rethink how they use data and technology. A clear path to leading technical programmes and shaping strategy - growth here is earned, not queued. Perks & Benefits £6,000 annual training & conference budget to stay at the cutting edge Up to 6% matched pension for long-term financial security Comprehensive private healthcare via Vitality EMI share options scheme - own a piece of the growth you help create Work from anywhere in the world for up to 1 month/year 25 days holiday + buy/sell up to 5 additional days Cycle-to-work scheme for sustainable commuting Central London office stocked with refreshments, socials, and vibrant atmosphere Exclusive discounts on retail, travel, tech & fitness memberships Access to cutting-edge tools, platforms, and regular tech talks & innovation time Equal Opportunities We're building a team that benefits from different perspectives, experiences, and ways of thinking. Our Client Portfolio We partner with forward-thinking organisations across sectors: Private Equity & Financial Services: Portfolio analytics, AI-powered value creation, and risk management tools for global investment and wealth firms. Retail & Consumer: Pricing optimisation, inventory efficiency, and personalised engagement for major UK retailers and brands. Public Sector: Trusted by multiple UK government departments for fraud analytics, predictive maintenance, and supply chain optimisation. Day to day, you'll: Architect and deliver scalable, secure software for commercial clients across multiple sectors. Assess technical trade-offs and guide design decisions across projects. Write, review, and own high-quality code - primarily Python (Flask, FastAPI, or Django) and JavaScript/TypeScript (React preferred). Build and maintain RESTful APIs and modern frontends. Working understanding of LLM fundamentals and limitations (hallucinations, context windows, evaluation). Familiarity with prompting patterns, tool use, and concepts like RAG and embeddings. Awareness of safety and privacy concerns when using AI tools (secrets, PII, licensing). Ability to integrate AI into your workflow without compromising code quality. What We're Looking For 5+ years' experience as a full-stack engineer. Strong track record delivering enterprise-grade web applications and APIs. What We Offer Tech ownership and autonomy from day one. High-impact work - you'll see real results within months, not years. Room to innovate, not just maintain. A small, collaborative team that owns problems end to end and learns fast. Clients ambitious enough to rethink how they use data and technology. A clear path to leading technical programmes and shaping strategy - growth here is earned, not queued. Senior People Partner - EMEA
United States Digital Space LLC
We're the company. We're building the future of healthcare by giving every clinician the earth's finest AI Care Partner. In just 18 months, our clinical AI products have absorbed the administrative chaos of 73 million patient visits. Today, we support over 2.5 million patient sessions a week across 190+ countries. Healthcare systems are failing us; clinicians spend more time on documentation than on patients, and the human connection that makes medicine worth practicing is eroding. Our mission is simple: double the world's healthcare capacity and strengthen the human connection at its heart. We found product-market fit with a freemium medical scribe that clinicians love. Now, we're expanding. Every task a clinician hands to the company is a patient who feels more attended to, a health system unclogged, and a clinician who gets to be a clinician again. If you don't choose easy and you want to build something way bigger than yourself then, choose the challenge, choose the company. The role The roleOur People Partners are embedded partners to leaders and teams, not a service desk. We're looking for a Senior People Partner to own the people agenda across EMEA. Based in London and reporting to the Head of People Enablement & Operations, you'll hold primary responsibility for the UK & Ireland alongside our growing footprint in France and Germany, plus our teams in South Africa and the UAE. As the company expands, your remit expands with it. This is a broad regional role built on judgment, coaching, influence and business impact. You'll partner with leaders on performance, talent, organizational design, leadership capability and team effectiveness, and you'll help us navigate the people implications of scaling into new markets through a mix of local entities and Employer of Record arrangements. You won't need to be an employment lawyer in every jurisdiction, but you'll know where the risk sits and when to bring in specialist help. We build excellent teams without unnecessary layers, process or bureaucracy: strong people practice should increase clarity and performance, not slow teams down. We're also actively working out what the People function looks like inside an AI-native company, where administrative work gets absorbed by tooling and the real value add moves higher. This role is for someone already thinking that way. What you'll do Own People partnership across EMEA, becoming the trusted partner to leaders and teams in the UK & Ireland, Europe, South Africa and the UAE Translate regional business priorities, growth plans and talent needs into a clear set of people priorities Coach managers through performance, feedback, accountability and complex employee matters, building their confidence rather than their dependency on you Challenge leaders directly and honestly to raise performance, leadership capability and team effectiveness Partner on organizational design, workforce planning, team structure and succession as the region scales, spotting capability and talent gaps before they bite Bring clear, balanced judgment to performance calibration, talent reviews, promotions and reward decisions, and help leaders stretch and retain our strongest people Work with People Operations and external partners to navigate employment requirements across multiple jurisdictions, including EOR-employed teams, so our people approach scales as our footprint does Use people data and business context to surface trends, risks and opportunities, and simplify, automate and apply AI to strip out low-value admin If we'd worked together the last 6 weeks You'd have coached a manager through a difficult performance conversation they'd been avoiding, and they'd have run the second one without you You'd have sat in calibration with a leadership team and changed a rating that didn't hold up to the evidence You'd have worked out how we support a new team hired through an EOR in a market we'd never employed in before, and written down the approach so the next market is faster You'd have flagged a capability gap in a scaling team eight weeks before it became a hiring emergency You'd have killed a process the region didn't need and replaced it with something a manager can actually run What you'll need 5+ years partnering senior leaders in fast-growing, high-accountability environments, across multiple countries or jurisdictions, though we care more about what you've built than years on the clock A romantic streak about software. You believe great products can transform someone's day Strong talent judgment. You spot performance risk and high-potential talent early, and you don't reach for a rigid playbook to do it Comfort with ambiguity and rapid international growth. You take complex problems from identification to resolution without waiting for everything to be defined Passion for AI, shown through hands-on building, prototyping, or side projects You default to building over requesting You're confident in your thinking and open to being wrong. Great ideas win regardless of who surfaces them How we show up Build for the next decade, not next quarter. Our targets are outrageous on purpose. The world's health doesn't have the luxury of incrementalism. Lead, don't wait. We treat tomorrow's problems today. Sometimes we build what's needed before it's wanted, and we're fine with that. Follow the evidence. Trust the patient. We pursue truth relentlessly. But when the subjective and objective disagree, we treat the patient, not the numbers. Ego is a comorbidity we can't afford. Own the outcome. Everyone here carries the company. Raise problems with solutions, solve them end-to-end, and never be a bystander. Ship, measure, go again. A button today, a workflow tomorrow. More iterations beat better planning. We're precise at pace, not reckless. Live in clinicians' reality. Not the ideal workflow, the twenty-patients-before-lunch actual one. We build for exhausted humans, and we'd better be decent ones while we do it. Why the company? You'll join a team focused on real world impact over imaginary valuations and glossy PR. We live and breathe the challenges of modern health systems, and are laser focused on exacting the change we'd like to see. We're medicos, engineers, builders, and designers who've felt the moral and practical toll of what non care feels like. True A-players progress extremely fast here. The nature of the scale up game is demanding, but we value sustainable performance and mental health. You're trusted to perform, and you set your schedule. We operate on outcomes > inputs, not process theatre. We all take the bins out, metaphorically and literally. Building what we're building isn't always easy. But we didn't choose easy, we chose to build something that actually matters. We hold ourselves to a higher standard because healthcare demands it. If you join the company, you recognise that the deeper question isn't whether AI can solve the global healthcare crisis, but whose hands will shape it. The work is hard, but you will trust and admire the people you work beside, and rest easy knowing you're doing the defining work of your career. We take care of you. comprehensive private medical and dental cover through Bupa 24/7 mental health coaching and wellbeing support through Sonder a £100/month Healthy the company's wellness stipend a £500 home office budget a £700 annual learning and development budget 26 weeks paid primary parental leave 18 weeks paid secondary parental leave fertility support up to £7,000 up to four weeks of work from anywhere per year Recharge Days after major milestones and busy periods 10 days per year of clinical leave for eligible clinical roles a hybrid working environment with 3 days in the office We chose to open-source our benefits hub, if you care to take a peek. Senior People Partner - EMEA
Jackalope Digital LLC
We're Heidi. Every task a clinician hands to Heidi is a patient who feels more attended to, a health system unclogged, and a clinician who gets to be a clinician again. If you don't choose easy and you want to build something way bigger than yourself then, choose the challenge, choose Heidi. The role Our People Partners are embedded partners to leaders and teams, not a service desk. As Heidi expands, your remit expands with it. We're also actively working out what the People function looks like inside an AI-native company, where administrative work gets absorbed by tooling and the real value-add moves higher. Why Heidi? You'll join a team focused on real-world impact over imaginary valuations and glossy PR. We live and breathe the challenges of modern health systems, and are laser-focused on exacting the change we'd like to see. We're medicos, engineers, builders, and designers who've felt the moral and practical toll of what non-care feels like. True A-players progress extremely fast here. The nature of the scale-up game is demanding, but we value sustainable performance and mental health. If you join Heidi, you recognise that the deeper question isn't whether AI can solve the global healthcare crisis, but whose hands will shape it. The work is hard, but you will trust and admire the people you work beside, and rest easy knowing you're doing the defining work of your career. We take care of you. We offer comprehensive private medical and dental cover through Bupa, 24/7 mental health, coaching and wellbeing support through Sonder, a £100/month Healthy Heidi's wellness stipend, a £500 home office budget, a £700 annual learning and development budget, 26 weeks paid primary parental leave and 18 weeks paid secondary parental leave, fertility support up to £7,000, up to four weeks of work from anywhere per year, Recharge Days after major milestones and busy periods, 10 days per year of clinical leave for eligible clinical roles, and a hybrid working environment with 3 days in the office. We chose to open-source our benefits hub, if you care to take a peek. Find Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow
