S&P Global
About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 11 The Team: Product Platform Design (PPD) is responsible for the design, build, and evolution of SPDJI's core product platforms that support index creation, calculation, rebalance, analytics, and distribution. PPD operates using a product-led, service-based delivery model and is organised into value streams aligned to major business domains. The team works closely with Index Management, R&D, Operations, and Technology to deliver scalable, reusable platforms that support the full index lifecycle across asset classes. This role sits within the Equity value stream and will focus on the data functionality embedded within T3, SPDJI's core equity index calculation platform. T3 supports key parts of the index lifecycle, including corporate actions, data capture, validation, transformation, and rebalance implementation. The team is evolving its platforms to improve automation, simplify legacy processes, and align with the broader Data Platforms strategy where appropriate. This creates an opportunity for a Product Owner / Business Analyst who can connect business needs, data dependencies, operational workflows, and technology delivery in a practical and structured way. The Impact: We are recruiting a Technical Product Owner - Equity Calculation on a 12 month fixed term contract to help shape and deliver enhancements across equity index calculation and related data capabilities. This is a hybrid Product Owner / Business Analyst role, working closely with the Value Stream Lead and agile delivery teams to define priorities, translate requirements, and support delivery of platform improvements. The successful candidate will play a significant role in improving efficiency within the equity index calculation domain by using product ownership, business analysis, and analytical judgement to simplify complex workflows, improve data quality, and support more scalable platform delivery. This role requires someone who can work with incomplete or evolving information, identify practical options, and communicate complex topics clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The individual will also be expected to build strong relationships across PPD, Index Management, R&D, Operations, Technology, and Data Platform teams, influencing peers and immediate leadership to achieve defined goals. Responsibilities: Partner with the Value Stream Lead on roadmap input, prioritisation, and delivery planning. Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into epics, features, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria. Own and manage the agile team backlog in Azure DevOps (ADO), ensuring work is clearly defined, prioritised, and ready for delivery. Work closely with Index Management, R&D, Operations, Technology, and Data Platform teams to understand requirements, dependencies, and delivery impacts. Act as a translator between business and technology teams, tailoring communication for different audiences and simplifying complex information. Support agile ceremonies, including refinement, planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Perform hands on user acceptance testing (UAT) to confirm delivered functionality meets business requirements. Assess embedded and legacy data processes within T3 and identify opportunities to improve automation, reduce manual effort, and simplify operational workflows. Use analytical judgement to evaluate different solution options, make recommendations, and influence stakeholder buy in based on business value, risk, and delivery impact. Identify cross platform dependencies and collaborate with other Product Owners across PPD to support alignment and avoid fragmented ownership. Support longer term platform evolution while balancing short term operational stability and business continuity. Contribute professional expertise to help improve team knowledge, support junior colleagues where appropriate, and model S&P Global's purpose and values in day to day work. All employees are required to work from the office a minimum of 2 days per week. What We're Looking For: Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or hybrid PO/BA in an agile environment. Strong understanding of index products, index calculation workflows, and operational processes. Experience working with data heavy platforms, workflows, or systems where data ingestion, validation, transformation, and quality are important to business outcomes. Comfortable engaging in technical discussions and translating complex requirements into clear, actionable delivery items. Experience managing backlogs using ADO or equivalent tools. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess requirements, identify dependencies, and recommend practical solutions. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams and influence peers and immediate leadership. Ability to work effectively with incomplete, changing, or conflicting information and identify options in non routine situations. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to integrate and communicate complex information within a specialist business or technology area. Ability to deliver high quality work, manage priorities effectively, and leverage wider team input to support successful delivery. We require all candidates who reach the final stage of our interview process to attend at least one in person interview, which is ordinarily at your nearest S&P Global office. This must be completed before we can proceed to an offer. Additional Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in financial services, indexing, market data, reference data, corporate actions, or related investment data domains. Familiarity with equity index calculation platforms, rebalance processes, or data dependencies that support index production. Experience identifying process improvements, automation opportunities, or platform simplification initiatives. Ability to connect day to day product delivery with broader platform strategy and operational efficiency goals. Comfortable collaborating across product, technology, operations, and data teams in a multi team delivery model. On site presence for partner onboarding is a shared requirement across the team and should be expected as part of this role. What Success Looks Like: On Time, High Quality Implementations - delivered on schedule, meeting technical and business requirements with minimal post go live issues. Client Confidence & Adoption - clients are fully trained and able to independently manage ticketing, reporting, and daily operations at launch. Post Launch Reliability - clients receive consistent troubleshooting & technical support after go live, with 7 day coverage running smoothly for partners who require it. Risk & Issue Management - risks are identified early, communicated clearly, and mitigated before they impact timelines or trust. About TodayTix Group: TodayTix Group (TTG) is the global e-commerce leader for cultural experiences, designing frictionless discovery and purchase journeys through innovative product design and industry-leading technology. Our portfolio of brands including TodayTix, New York Theatre Guide, London Theatre, Show-Score, Arthouse, Arthouse London, and Secret Cinema connects millions of customers with the best in live entertainment. Powered by vast data and insights, TTG helps theatres, producers, and cultural institutions reach highly engaged audiences and unlock meaningful revenue, transforming how tickets are sold across the world. In 2025, TTG entered a new chapter as part of MARI, the global events and experiences company powering world-defining live experiences. Together, we're expanding our reach, deepening our impact, and accelerating a shared vision to redefine the event lifecycle through seamless discovery, purchase, and engagement. Life at TodayTix Group We thrive in a nimble, growth-oriented environment where adaptability, curiosity, and a bias toward action help us stay ahead of the curve. We move quickly, iterate often, and expect everyone to take ownership of their impact - because we're building the future of live events, and there's no script for what comes next. New joiners are set up for success with a 90-day onboarding journey, complete with clear goals and measurable milestones. We believe feedback fuels growth, so we hold twice-yearly performance reviews focused on impact and development. Above all, you'll be working alongside a team of collaborative, passionate, and kind humans - people who love theatre and live experiences, and who support each other just as much as they challenge each other to do great work. We are seeking outstanding applicants of all backgrounds to join our team to bring new voices, talent, and perspectives to the table. We encourage all to apply. About the Role: Powered by TodayTix (PxT) is TodayTix Group's enterprise-level ticketing and e-commerce division, providing the technology and tools that help leading cultural organizations, attractions, and live events power their box office operations and drive online sales. We're looking for a proactive, adaptable Senior Manager, Client Operations & Implementation to join the PxT Partner Success team. This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of client-facing delivery and internal process-building - someone who can own complex implementations end-to-end while also helping define how we do this work as we scale. As a hands on leader reporting to the NYC based Sr. Director of Operations & Implementation, you'll translate signed contracts into successful go lives. But you'll also bring curiosity and a builder's mindset: experimenting with new tools (including AI), identifying patterns across implementations, and turning lessons learned into better playbooks. You won't always have a defined path - and that's part of what makes this exciting. We're looking for someone who's ready to grow into greater ownership and autonomy as they prove themselves in the role - this is a role with real room to expand, not a fixed job description. Please note: This is a full time position, and qualified candidates must be based in the greater London area. We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of 2 days per week in the office, while also offering flexibility for employees to choose where they work for the rest of the week. Some partners require shifted, 7 day support coverage; this role has a hand in setting and maintaining those schedules, including providing direct coverage where needed. Cross Functional Execution - strong partnerships with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support drive smooth implementations and handoffs. Team Leadership & Consistency - direct and indirect reports deliver consistent, high quality execution across all projects. What You'll Do: Own end to end implementation delivery - driving execution from kickoff through go live so timelines, scope, and quality standards are consistently met. Lead hands on technical configuration - partnering on configuration of client websites and microsites, implementing client specific features, and managing data migrations and system integrations. Since 2018, we've grown from a deep-tech startup to a global player in AI-driven due diligence and risk intelligence. 2024 was a landmark year as we closed a $10M Series A, earned recognition in the Chartis RiskTech100 and Everest Group's Leading 50 , and expanded our products, markets and customer base. 2025 was even bigger: With new regulations, rising compliance pressure and growing reputation risks, organisations everywhere are demanding smarter, faster ways to work and they're turning to us. Customers worldwide from global law firms and private banks to universities and nonprofits rely on Xapien to turn days of manual research into trusted insights, delivered in minutes. Our momentum so far Customers in a diverse range of industries, with particular growth in wealth management, financial services and supply chain onboarding. Demand accelerating beyond our UK headquarters, across multiple continents with new customers in the Middle East, Asia, and Oceania. Why this is an exciting time to join This isn't just another job role; it's an opportunity to shape the future of the due diligence industry with a market-leading product trusted by global organisations. Whether you're in marketing, communications, sales, or finance, you'll play a critical role in driving growth, building credibility, and defining how we connect our product to a rapidly evolving market. We're scaling fast with more customers, more releases, and bigger regulatory and market challenges. Expectations are rising, due diligence now means real-time insight, delivered efficiently and with impact. You won't just be executing campaigns, closing deals, or managing numbers, you'll be influencing strategy, optimising processes, and helping position a brand that's setting the new standard for trust and transparency. For people who love learning, innovating, and making an impact that matters now is the moment to be a part of Xapien. The Role Xapien turns hours of due diligence research into minutes. Our AI-powered platform reads the internet, corporate records, and premium data sources to build fully-sourced reports on any person or organisation - and our customers increasingly want Xapien woven directly into their own systems and workflows. We're looking for a Technical Product Manager to own the technical surface of our product: the data we bring in, the way our research engine investigates, and the APIs and integrations that embed Xapien in the processes our customers already use. This is a hands-on product role for someone who is comfortable reading API docs, sketching data flows, and debating trade-offs with engineers - then translating all of it into a roadmap that commercial teams and enterprise customers can get behind. You'll frame and prioritise problems independently, own delivery end-to-end, and be the go-to person for anything at the boundary between our product and the outside world. If you're the kind of person who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving puzzles, spotting gaps, and constantly looking for new data to turn into customer insights, this is the role for you! Here's what you will be responsible for As a product manager at Xapien Own your product area end-to-end: frame and prioritise problems independently, propose validated solutions, and ensure on-time, quality releases. Lead discovery with mixed methods - customer interviews, usage data, and market research - and integrate insight into product strategy. Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Solutions, Support, and commercial teams; resolve blockers and dependencies. Fully own your product metrics, balancing user value and commercial value in decisions. This workstream Data integrations Own the roadmap for the external data sources that feed Xapien's research - corporate registries, sanctions and watchlists, adverse media, and premium datasets. Evaluate new data providers: coverage, quality, licensing, cost, and how each source strengthens the reports our customers rely on. Work with engineering to define how new sources are ingested, matched to the right entities, and surfaced in reports with full sourcing. Investigative strategy Shape how Xapien uses those data sources for different use-cases: what the research engine looks for, choosing between sources, and collecting and processing data into a system-ready format. Work embedded in our engineering teams to turn due diligence domain expertise into product behaviour - and to evaluate whether changes actually improve report quality. Champion deep customer understanding of the due diligence workflow and challenge how much of that workflow Xapien can take on. Workflow integrations Own how Xapien plugs into customer workflows - CRMs, onboarding and screening platforms, case management tools - from discovery through to delivery and adoption. Define functional and non-functional requirements with engineering (security, compliance, scalability) and support customers and partners through implementation. Establish success metrics for integrations and iterate based on real usage. API / MCP Own the product direction for Xapien's configuration API and MCP capabilities - how customers and AI agents programmatically configure, run, and consume Xapien research. Drive API design decisions with engineering: consistency, versioning, backwards compatibility, and a developer experience that makes integration easy. Own the documentation and examples that help technical customers succeed, and act as the voice of the developer inside the product team. Your skills & experience Product management experience in B2B SaaS, with meaningful time spent on technical products - APIs, integrations, data platforms, or developer-facing tools. Comfortable reasoning about APIs, webhooks, data mapping, and authentication; able to read technical documentation and hold your own in design discussions with engineers. Hands-on experience with API tooling (Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI) and using Claude to accelerate your prototyping, design, and vibe-coded concepts, before engineers make them production-grade. A track record of shipping: you've taken technical features from ambiguous problem to delivered outcome, and can talk about the trade-offs you made along the way. Strong analytical skills - comfortable defining metrics, digging into usage data, and making evidence-based decisions. Excellent communication: you can explain technical constraints to commercial stakeholders and customer needs to engineers, and influence both without direct authority. As we're a growing company, a mentality of spotting gaps as they appear, plugging them, or stepping up and taking ownership as a way to grow your career. Nobody can do everything, but here's a few related things we're interested in Experience in due diligence, governance and compliance, risk, or another data-heavy regulated domain. Familiarity with LLM concepts and emerging agent standards such as MCP. Experience working with third-party data providers and commercial data licensing. Previous experience in a fast-growing startup environment. Here's our promise to you: We are going to work with you - to build a rewarding and fulfilling career with the opportunities, challenges and resources you need to do you your best work. We succeed together- you will own a meaningful part of the business through our employee shares & equity programme. Private health insurance to keep you in tip-top condition.
