Advanced Microsoft Power BI skills or an equivalent reporting tool with a proven record of developing user-friendly dashboards and reports. Knowledge of database concepts (i.e. entities, attributes, relations, normalisation). Experience or awareness of Microsoft Power Platform tools (e.g. Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse) and/or Microsoft Fabric. Understanding of data protection, GDPR, and confidentiality in handling people data.
