In 2025, TTG entered a new chapter as part of MARI, the global events and experiences company powering world-defining live experiences. Together, we're expanding our reach, deepening our impact, and accelerating a shared vision to redefine the event lifecycle through seamless discovery, purchase, and engagement. Life at TodayTix Group We thrive in a nimble, growth-oriented environment where adaptability, curiosity, and a bias toward action help us stay ahead of the curve. We move quickly, iterate often, and expect everyone to take ownership of their impact - because we're building the future of live events, and there's no script for what comes next. New joiners are set up for success with a 90-day onboarding journey, complete with clear goals and measurable milestones. We believe feedback fuels growth, so we hold twice-yearly performance reviews focused on impact and development. Above all, you'll be working alongside a team of collaborative, passionate, and kind humans - people who love theatre and live experiences, and who support each other just as much as they challenge each other to do great work. We are seeking outstanding applicants of all backgrounds to join our team to bring new voices, talent, and perspectives to the table. We encourage all to apply. About the Role: Powered by TodayTix (PxT) is TodayTix Group's enterprise-level ticketing and e-commerce division, providing the technology and tools that help leading cultural organizations, attractions, and live events power their box office operations and drive online sales. We're looking for a proactive, adaptable Senior Manager, Client Operations & Implementation to join the PxT Partner Success team. This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of client-facing delivery and internal process-building - someone who can own complex implementations end-to-end while also helping define how we do this work as we scale. As a hands on leader reporting to the NYC based Sr. Director of Operations & Implementation, you'll translate signed contracts into successful go lives. But you'll also bring curiosity and a builder's mindset: experimenting with new tools (including AI), identifying patterns across implementations, and turning lessons learned into better playbooks. You won't always have a defined path - and that's part of what makes this exciting. We're looking for someone who's ready to grow into greater ownership and autonomy as they prove themselves in the role - this is a role with real room to expand, not a fixed job description. Client Confidence & Adoption - clients are fully trained and able to independently manage ticketing, reporting, and daily operations at launch. Post Launch Reliability - clients receive consistent troubleshooting & technical support after go live, with 7 day coverage running smoothly for partners who require it. Risk & Issue Management - risks are identified early, communicated clearly, and mitigated before they impact timelines or trust. Cross Functional Execution - strong partnerships with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support drive smooth implementations and handoffs. Team Leadership & Consistency - direct and indirect reports deliver consistent, high quality execution across all projects. What You'll Do: Own end to end implementation delivery - driving execution from kickoff through go live so timelines, scope, and quality standards are consistently met. Lead hands on technical configuration - partnering on configuration of client websites and microsites, implementing client specific features, and managing data migrations and system integrations. Train and support clients through launch and beyond - leading enablement so clients can confidently run PxT day to day, then staying engaged post launch to troubleshoot and cover features outside client self service. Scope complex projects and manage risk - breaking large initiatives into clear tasks and milestones while proactively surfacing and mitigating issues before they threaten timelines or trust. Identify patterns across implementations - turn them into better process, templates, and tooling - including experimenting with AI and automation - so this role leaves a real mark on how PxT scales delivery. Partner cross functionally - with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support to resolve blockers and ensure clean handoffs at every stage. Set support coverage schedules, and manage and mentor direct and indirect reports - help design shifted 7 day coverage for partners who need it and provide clear prioritisation and feedback to grow the team. We're Looking for Someone With: 5+ years of experience in technical implementation, professional services, or solutions consulting within a SaaS or B2B technology environment. Demonstrated project management expertise - task definition, timeline ownership, and resource coordination across complex, concurrent projects. Proven experience managing the full lifecycle of software implementations, from contract signing through go live. Experience directly managing people - setting priorities, giving regular feedback, and supporting professional growth. Experience with ticketing, CRM, or e commerce systems Excellent client communication and training skills - able to manage expectations, translate complexity, and build trust. A proactive problem solver with strong risk identification instincts and high attention to detail. Comfort operating in ambiguity - able to figure out what "good" looks like without a defined playbook and bring others along. Curiosity about how AI and new tools can improve delivery operations - not required to be an expert, but genuinely interested. Experience in the arts, live events, or attractions industries is a bonus. TodayTix Group is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, committed to fostering a workplace that celebrates diversity and inclusion. We welcome candidates of all backgrounds and do not discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, marital or veteran status, pregnancy, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law. Why this is an exciting time to join This isn't just another job role; it's an opportunity to shape the future of the due diligence industry with a market-leading product trusted by global organisations. Whether you're in marketing, communications, sales, or finance, you'll play a critical role in driving growth, building credibility, and defining how we connect our product to a rapidly evolving market. We're scaling fast with more customers, more releases, and bigger regulatory and market challenges. Expectations are rising, due diligence now means real-time insight, delivered efficiently and with impact. You won't just be executing campaigns, closing deals, or managing numbers, you'll be influencing strategy, optimising processes, and helping position a brand that's setting the new standard for trust and transparency. For people who love learning, innovating, and making an impact that matters now is the moment to be a part of Xapien. The Role Xapien turns hours of due diligence research into minutes. Our AI-powered platform reads the internet, corporate records, and premium data sources to build fully-sourced reports on any person or organisation - and our customers increasingly want Xapien woven directly into their own systems and workflows. We're looking for a Technical Product Manager to own the technical surface of our product: the data we bring in, the way our research engine investigates, and the APIs and integrations that embed Xapien in the processes our customers already use. This is a hands-on product role for someone who is comfortable reading API docs, sketching data flows, and debating trade-offs with engineers - then translating all of it into a roadmap that commercial teams and enterprise customers can get behind. You'll frame and prioritise problems independently, own delivery end-to-end, and be the go-to person for anything at the boundary between our product and the outside world. If you're the kind of person who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving puzzles, spotting gaps, and constantly looking for new data to turn into customer insights, this is the role for you! Here's what you will be responsible for As a product manager at Xapien Own your product area end-to-end: frame and prioritise problems independently, propose validated solutions, and ensure on-time, quality releases. Lead discovery with mixed methods - customer interviews, usage data, and market research - and integrate insight into product strategy. Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Solutions, Support, and commercial teams; resolve blockers and dependencies. Fully own your product metrics, balancing user value and commercial value in decisions. This workstream Data integrations Own the roadmap for the external data sources that feed Xapien's research - corporate registries, sanctions and watchlists, adverse media, and premium datasets. Evaluate new data providers: coverage, quality, licensing, cost, and how each source strengthens the reports our customers rely on. Work with engineering to define how new sources are ingested, matched to the right entities, and surfaced in reports with full sourcing. Investigative strategy Shape how Xapien uses those data sources for different use-cases: what the research engine looks for, choosing between sources, and collecting and processing data into a system-ready format. Work embedded in our engineering teams to turn due diligence domain expertise into product behaviour - and to evaluate whether changes actually improve report quality. Champion deep customer understanding of the due diligence workflow and challenge how much of that workflow Xapien can take on. Workflow integrations Own how Xapien plugs into customer workflows - CRMs, onboarding and screening platforms, case management tools - from discovery through to delivery and adoption. Define functional and non-functional requirements with engineering (security, compliance, scalability) and support customers and partners through implementation. Establish success metrics for integrations and iterate based on real usage. API / MCP Own the product direction for Xapien's configuration API and MCP capabilities - how customers and AI agents programmatically configure, run, and consume Xapien research. Drive API design decisions with engineering: consistency, versioning, backwards compatibility, and a developer experience that makes integration easy. Own the documentation and examples that help technical customers succeed, and act as the voice of the developer inside the product team. Your skills & experience Product management experience in B2B SaaS, with meaningful time spent on technical products - APIs, integrations, data platforms, or developer-facing tools. Comfortable reasoning about APIs, webhooks, data mapping, and authentication; able to read technical documentation and hold your own in design discussions with engineers. Hands-on experience with API tooling (Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI) and using Claude to accelerate your prototyping, design, and vibe-coded concepts, before engineers make them production-grade. A track record of shipping: you've taken technical features from ambiguous problem to delivered outcome, and can talk about the trade-offs you made along the way. Strong analytical skills - comfortable defining metrics, digging into usage data, and making evidence-based decisions. Excellent communication: you can explain technical constraints to commercial stakeholders and customer needs to engineers, and influence both without direct authority. As we're a growing company, a mentality of spotting gaps as they appear, plugging them, or stepping up and taking ownership as a way to grow your career. Nobody can do everything, but here's a few related things we're interested in Experience in due diligence, governance and compliance, risk, or another data-heavy regulated domain. Familiarity with LLM concepts and emerging agent standards such as MCP. Experience working with third-party data providers and commercial data licensing. Previous experience in a fast-growing startup environment. Here's our promise to you: We are going to work with you - to build a rewarding and fulfilling career with the opportunities, challenges and resources you need to do you your best work. We succeed together- you will own a meaningful part of the business through our employee shares & equity programme. Private health insurance to keep you in tip-top condition. Life Insurance - let's hope nobody ever needs this! Unlimited holidays - yes, it really is uncapped - take the time you need, when you need it.
