Looking for a fantastic Café Assistant opportunity? Do you have Café Assistance or similar experience? Are you passionate about good customer service? Would you like to join a friendly busy team? As a Cafe Assistant your duties will include; food preparation, till work, clearing away tables, serving food and drinks.
The Café is open Monday Sunday. Monday to Saturday 9am 5pm and Sunday 9am 430pm.
Your Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday or Wednesday to Sunday. Guaranteed 40 hrs of work.
Location: Plymouth, Devon. UK.
Day to Day Duties:
- To maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and hygiene and to work within the Health and Safety and Hygiene and COSHH Regulations.
- Taking payments on the till and handling cash payments.
- Assist in the preparation, serving of food.
- Operate kitchen equipment, following training.
- To load and unload dishwashers and undertake cleaning and washing up as directed in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Assist with moving and setting up dining room furniture.
Training:
- Participate in training where required.
Health, Safety & Environment:
- Carry out all duties safely and in accordance with the Health & Safety Policy, Employee Handbook, procedures, training and instruction.
- To be safety conscious and report any safety hazards to the HSE representative.
