We are currently recruiting for a PPM Manager to join our passionate and driven team in Glasgow
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Use the client's Service Channel CAFM system to diarise servicing visits and maintain records and certificates.
- Ensuring that remedial works following on from PPMs are completed and reviewing PPM reports.
- Ensure compliance with all legislation and maintain a highly accurate record-keeping system.
- Ensure all servicing documentation is reviewed and, where appropriate, jobs raised for remedial work for approval by the Facilities Manager.
- Conduct regular contractor reviews, using Service Channel data and reports to assess contractor performance.
- Manage a spot check programme to ensure that servicing is being carried out in accordance with contracts.
- Work with the client's Risk and H&S team to ensure the PPM programme meets compliance standards.
- Monitor contractor insurance status via Service Channel.
- Ensure that all work instructions and asset classifications are up to date with standards and/or contract requirements and manage through change control.
- Ensure fit-for-purpose maintenance plans for compliance reporting and service delivery.
About You:
- Applicant must have the right to work in the UK
- Experience in the FM / Building Services industry.
- Application and configuration of CAFM systems, ideally
- Very high ability with Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel
- Understanding of methodology used to build planned maintenance schedules
- Familiarity with principles of M&E asset management
- Good understanding of contract delivery and commercial implications
- High attention to detail
- Methodical and procedure approach to problem-solving
- Capable when manipulating large data sets and facing complex challenges
- Patient approach to work and communication style
- Collaborative with stakeholders from different teams and organisations
