Main purpose of the role:

Simmons Adaptive is currently seeking an employment lawyer with employee relations experience, to support a client on an upcoming assignment.

The consultant will be asked to support on several specific employee relations projects and assist with ad hoc advisory ER work.

Person specification:

  • You are a qualified lawyer.
  • You have significant employee relations experience, ideally from a Financial Institution.
  • You have significant post qualification experience working on a range of employment and employee relations matters.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate complex analysis in a clear and concise manner.
  • You can work autonomously but can also collaborate effectively as part of the wider team.
  • Self-motivated team player, with a desire to develop strong relationships and excellent time management skills.
  • You will be required to hold the relevant right to work for the UK, visa sponsorship is not available via Adaptive.
