We are currently recruiting for a permanent Site Based Contract with a Hybrid Working Pattern position, working 35 hours a week with a basic salary of up to £30,778 (dependant upon experience).

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Insurance Consultant within our Insurance & Protection Team in Glasgow, a centre of excellence for the bank.
You'll receive inbound calls and arrange follow-up appointments which you will manage personally through your diary. Quality conversations are crucial, our calls allow you to build relationships and identify opportunities to help protect our customers.
You'll be given support and development to help you maintain competence in your product and process knowledge while providing exceptional customer service. Working together, we strive to coach and develop you to your full potential, broadening your skills and supporting career growth.

Previous experience in a customer service environment
A strong proven customer focused and positive approach to work
It would also be nice for you to have.
Excellent communication skills
Great listening skills
Knowledge of Mortgages and Insurance
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages

This role also offers the attractive option of Hybrid working, combining both remote and office based working
This is a full time permanent role.
The working hours will be 35 hours across Monday-Friday 9am to 8pm & Saturday 9am-4pm.
If you are successful in reaching interview stage, your interview will be conducted remotely via MS Teams.
