About Your Opportunity:
A key member of the Engineering team that will ensure our solutions are fit for purpose, well architected to deliver the capability required today and extend in future with ease and identify opportunities to extend and diversify the delivery of our capability into new customer sets.
Day to day you will play a crucial role in managing senior stakeholders both internally and externally that will be both technical and non-technical in demonstrating the capability of Northrop Grumman within the National Security sector. This will involve supporting development of project team's designs and engineering approaches, providing rationale to senior customer stakeholders for project designs. In addition, you will coach and mentor others in the business to aid their understanding of the National Security sector and technical best practices.
