The trainee recruitment consultant will be tasked with candidate sourcing for teachers and support staff to supply to our loyal clients across many different schools in Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Wiltshire. The trainee recruitment consultant will have the opportunity to earn commission from day one for every placement made.
